60's Black Faille Turban Hat by Don Anderson 1940s cardigan Inseam: 26”Draped and tucked to create the turban look. Right side holds two wide streamers that drop down low giving the hat a asymmetrical look. Fabric is a rich faille in a deep black. Interior is finished with a cream faille.
