but I do believe it's got at least  a hundred years on it

with what look to be arrows extended in different directions and a sort of bird-like form rendered in unglazed clay

and could be useful for all sorts of things

with lovely handwritten text interspersed throughout with delicate little drawings diagramming the reproductive parts of various plants
